The objective for Serenity is to decrease your all around brain activity. The purpose for this is to either calm your overactive brain or to create more efficiency within your brain while performing a specific action.

Serenity and Still Training

If you are using the Serenity training while sitting or standing Still it is best used to calm your brain. If you get nervous just before a significant event or performance it is useful to use Serenity training just before it begins to help you calm yourself down.

Serenity and In Motion Training

If you are using Serenity while In Motion (i.e. practicing repetitive motions in sports, music or any other performing skill), Serenity can either help you calm your performance nerves or perform the same motions with greater efficiency (less thought) in the brain.
