The Opti Data Portal is a great resource for you do export the data you record from your Opti Brain collections and Opti Train trainings into a spread sheet to perform your own data analysis and statistics. Where do I find the Opti Data Portal? Go to the www.myoptibrain.com login page. Login with the username and password you created when you purchased an Opti Software Subscription. If you purchase a group opti subscription it will come with one Admin account and multiple Client accounts. All the accounts can be managed with the Admin account username and password. There are three training types within Opti Train for learning to balance your brain. Visualize allows you to use sound and/or videos to train your brain. You will be instructed to lower the music volume and keep the video playing at normal speed when your Opti Index increases. In Opti Train, your Opti Index will rise when the levels of thought in your brain become balanced. Visualize works sitting or standing quietly while you practice balancing your brain. Swipe to choose how long the training will last. Trainings will automatically stop when the time runs out. The unlimited time option requires the user to press a stop button. Save and map trainings with Opti Train’s sister app Opti Brain. Unlimited time trainings cannot be saved. Swipe right or left to turn sound ON or OFF. If sound is ON, music will play during your training acting as feedback. The music grows quieter when your Opti Index is higher. Your objective is to keep the music quiet.
